- Yes, bindnames and other assign utilities aren't really useful as long
- as they aren't officially supported. For the same reason I'd like to have
- python (or another nice language :-) as an alternative to ARexx.
- Of course, there are many ports of other script languages for AmigaDOS.
- The big difference is that Arexx ist the official language. I don't
- want to get rid of ARexx but I'd like to have the choice ...
- Maybe the ARexx IPC mechanisms could be made accessible to other
- languages? WIBNI every program with an ARexx port suddenly is compatible
- with our favorite script languages?
